Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
March 25 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                               
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
               SENATE BILL NO. 50 "An Act relating to Iditarod
